A: Your hosting is paid for one year in advance and you will need to pay each ensuing year at the rate of $12/month ($US120.00 prepaid)

Q: Do I own my domain name
A: You pay an annual registration fee ($US20.00) for it, and you own all the rights to use it as long as your registration fees are current.

Q; What about maintenance of my real estate web site?
A: Minor edits are free. Software security upgrades for your Real Estate Program are free except that there will be a nominal installation charge. subesquent alterations and additions to your site will be charged on a cost-plus basis.
